VigorPick is operated by 55 Resort Investments at Maddie, LLC ("VigorPick," "we," "us," or "our").

We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, photographs, available options, pricing, and other relevant details.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device display and normal product characteristics.
If a material product specification or order detail cannot be fulfilled as described, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
3. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed on our website and at checkout.
Before an order is completed, applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts will be displayed.
We accept the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payment must be authorized before an order can be confirmed for processing.
Purchases are one-time transactions unless a recurring arrangement is clearly and separately disclosed and expressly accepted by the customer.
We do not add undisclosed recurring charges to ordinary product purchases.

VigorPick offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $59.99 or more.
The minimum is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.
For orders below this threshold, applicable shipping charges are displayed before payment.

6. Order Processing and Dispatch
We dispatch orders within 7 business days following order confirmation and payment approval.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
The 7-business-day dispatch period does not include carrier transit time.
Estimated delivery dates depend on shipping destination and carrier conditions.
If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you regarding the delay and provide available options, including cancellation and a refund before shipment.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address supplied during checkout.
Please ensure your address and contact information are accurate.

No return-shipping or restocking fees apply to eligible returns and exchanges.
